Can I get IPU-Delhi? I scored 79% in 12th, NATA score of 106 and 8668 rank in JEE paper 2. I am from NCR Faridabad.

IP University only accepts NATA score with only 8 seats for outside Delhi quota students. -
It might be difficult for you to get that university because of the 85% and 15% ratio in the university. You will come under outside-Delhi students category and hence you will fall under 15% quota.
