If this is your all India Rank, then you'll definitely get in any of the top colleges. If this is your category rank, then you can expect in top 6-11 NIT's. Also, you can go for various good autonomous institutes with home state quota. Refer NIRF rankings for engineering for their performance analys

Yes, still you have a great deal of chances. NIT-Trichy is the best you can expect. Though, that something it offers around 4k with ST rank, You can still have many colleges.
