Can I get IT or ECE in any of the NITs, IIITs or GFITs as I have got 63000 rank in JEE Mains 2017?

Your chances of getting ECE are quite low. Try for some other good private colleges. -
63000 is a bit high rank for getting ECE in NIT but you can try in the special round of counselling then maybe you will get in some NEW IIITs which are good. Otherwise, ECE has very good scope in future so take college and give your best in next 4 years and I am sure you will have many options open for you.
