Very slim chances in IIIT A. You can try for IIIT amethi and IIIT lucknow however since these are under IIIT Allahabad administration only and may accept at this score/rank.

sorry to say but chances are very very less, obc category requires 200 in JEE mains to get into IIIT, check college website for further information
