Can I get JIIT for CSE? I have scored 67% in 12 class and my UPSEE rank is 24000.

No you can't because admission in JIIT are based on JEE Mains rank only.

As far as I know, JIIT does not provide admission on the basis of UPSEE rank. JIIT provides admission on the basis of JEE Mains rank. JSS, Noida provides admission on the basis of UPSEE.
