Can i get job opportunities in MNC'S ?

I have 4 years of academic gap and I have completed b.com recently so i want to do mba right now but i'm thinking that its waste of time doing mba with having 4 years of academic gap(without reason),so no mnc's would hire me in future is it true? anyone face it before? please suggest me
