Can I get K J Somaiya Engineering College on the basis of Mains score of 85 (open category)?

Hello Siddharth,
You have not mentioned about in which exam you have scored 85. But I assume it must be JEE Mains. Unfortunately, for admission to engineering colleges in Maharashtra, you have to clear MHT-CET. Marks in this exam only are considered for admission.
