Can I get KIET with general rank of 9324 in UPSEE 2017?

    You may get all branches in KIET except CSE, according to last year cut off ranks.

    Yes, you can easily get this college in your desired stream but I'll prefer you to opt for the govt colleges as you can get in the govt colleges at this rank in the second or in the third round of the counselling.

    Yes, you can get KIET, but you can try for CSE, Also, don't lose hope and attend the last round of counselling.
