No, they do not provide lateral entry. You have to start from first year itself to study there. Good luck. -
No, there's no such lateral entry in foreign universities. You need to study from 1st year itself. -
No, you can't do that, there is no option for foreign students to do that in Australia. It will affect the visa process and related system.
