No, they do not provide lateral entry. You have to start from first year itself to study there. Good luck.

No, there's no such lateral entry in foreign universities. You need to study from 1st year itself.

No, you can't do that, there is no option for foreign students to do that in Australia. It will affect the visa process and related system.
