Can I get lateral entry after completing my 1st year of B.Tech in automobile engineering?

I have completed my first year from Symbiosis University, Indore and want to shift for my second year. Can you please suggest me some of the colleges for same.

SVVV and Medicaps University. You can take lateral entry in SVVV. for that, you have to submit a NOC issued from past college and migration certificate. Admission will be allotted in that case when there is any vacant seat in respective year and branch.

You can opt for SVVV, Medicaps University, Acropolis and SVCE. All the colleges I have mentioned are very good colleges of Indore.
