Yes, but only and only if you are a Diploma degree holder, you can go into the 2nd year B.Tech at HBTU if you have completed your 1st year from any B.Tech college. You required minimum 60% in Diploma.

Yes, but you need to get at least 60 percent marks to be eligible for lateral entry. After that you have to appear in the UPSEE Exam.
