Yes you can get Second year lateral entry via CUET UG .

The minimum requirements are the Diploma (45% or more).

A Bsc Degree with a decent Percentage.

The university that you can consider are :

  1. University of Engineering and management.
  2. AKTU, Uttar pradesh.
  3. HNB Garhwal university.
  4. Delhi University.

No, you can't get lateral entry into B.Tech Civil Engineering through CUET UG, because this is valid for 1st year admissions in general courses.
