Can I get lateral entry in ISRO or DRDO for B.Tech in aeronautical engineering after completing B.Sc in maths?

Hello Raman,
Normally lateral entry connotes entry in the 2nd year of engineering after the completion of Diploma in the similar branch of engineering. But after B.Sc, lateral entry is not allowed in B.Tech.
