Can i get M.Tech admission in local universities through Gate2012? I got 24.67 marks in ECE paper and secured 10,911 rank & 398 score in OBC

How should i apply for admission if there is a chance. Should i write PGCET or any tests to apply?? Please suggest me the list of colleges to get in and the remaining details...... Plz.......
