    No, government colleges in India for Engineering do not allot any seats under the management quota. Usually, there are two types of colleges for students who are willing to pursue their career in Engineering field, first one is Private Colleges and second one is Government Colleges. In private colleges, the seat allocation procedure is done based on two seperate kinds of quota. One is the State quota, under which a student is expected to either pass the entrance test or qualify the merit list.
