Hello Neeraj. I am assuming you to be of general category. With this percentage you may get into this college but only at the last round of counselling and maybe you will not get good branch. All the best.

Yes, you can get Manit-Bhopal, but I am not sure about branch. Carefully select your branch, otherwise you don't change this, so think about it.
