Yes, you can get mechanical engineering in VIT, Vellore with this rank.

I am a student of VIT, Chennai campus. Yes, 4907 is an excellent score. You can easily get mechanical engineering in Vellore campus as well as scholarship. Please find out about the scholarship part, they have some criteria for it. But from what I know, you can get a scholarship.
