No, you cannot get mechanical engineering with this score in general category.

Hey Vishwash,
There are less chances for you to get ME in NIT KKR with this rank.
The cut-off generally goes around 17k-18k. So, I don't think you can get mechanical here, but you can try for other branches such as Civil, Electrical, PIE.
