    With a score of 712 on the NEET-PG test, you have a good chance of landing a medical oncology (med onco) seat in Hyderabad.  Med onco is a very tough superspecialty, and it would probably need a very high ranking—possibly in the top 1000—to even secure a spot in a prestigious medical school, such as Hyderabad.  Consequently, you can obtain the seat with rank 712.
