    Yes, It is possible. You Can get migration from Kurukshetra University to Chandigarh University for B.A. LL.B. You just need to provide the DMCs (Detail Marks Card) of the Previous cleared semesters of the university you are applying for and apply for migration after filling up the migration form.     You need to contact the university for the procedures as it does occur. Kindly keep NOC and migration Certificate ready if Punjab University allows you.     Hi Nikhil, migration from one university to the other completely depends upon both the universities involved. Its suggested that you contact both the universities and seek for the permission if granted then also the procedure to apply for migration.

    Yes, you can get admission there but with some criteria that should be followed accordance to Panjab University Chandigarh, contact them priorly and submit your query about changing college.
