Can I get migration from my college to any other college, after my first year?

I mean like, I'm taking admission in a B.Tech college, and if I don't like the college or the place, so can I get the migration to some other college in some other place?

It would mostly depend upon the other college in which you now want to migrate. If that has a seat and is willing to take you on the basis of your academic excellence then you can make the change. But as things stand, it is pretty difficult prateek and depends generally on specific case to case.
