Yes, you can migrate to B.Com(Hons.) in the second year but not in the 3rd year. -
Migration is not sure as it is solely dependent on the course mapping between 2 Institutions and also on what subjects a student has studies previously and whether they match with JGU or not.
Since we have a very different curriculum, I would suggest that for better grasping of knowledge you must think to start from 1st year.
