Can I get MIT with 2200 in SAT1 & 750 in maths and physics in SAT2 without including any kind of extracurricular activity?

I scored 9 CGPA in class 9th &10th, 88.9% in 11th and 86.7% in 12th. I have not appeared for any Olympiads and activities & scored 107 in TOEFL.
