Can I get MMS in Welingkar with 98.27% in CET with ILS? Also, I have converted PGDM research and business analytics. Is that a good course?

Last year's ILS cut-off was 98.88%ile for MMS. So, I would suggest you apply to the same for a safe side. There are chances that you might get converted, but marks are not the only parameters on which you get selected, it also depends on your GD-PI performance and stuff.

ILS cut off is almost similar to that of the CAP round. Last year's cut off was 98.88. The course which you have converted is actually a very good course. Some of the fields/roles that this course will offer you are risk analyst, financial modelers customer, analytics market research, Loyalty & CRM

How do you know the cut-off for ILS? Because I searched online and asked seniors from WE but no one has any idea about ILS's cut-off of 2016. In 2015, it was approx. 97.

You may get in MMS, hopefully by the second last / last list as you have a 98.2ish percentile.
Research and analytics is a well-designed course as it is the need of hour. So you may even go ahead with it based on your preferences.
