Can I get my certificate for medical law and bioethics?

Asked about Tamil Nadu Dr Ambedkar Law University [TNDALU] - Discontinued (Oct 2022)- P.G Diploma in Medico - Legal Aspects

I was graduated from botany hons and continuing my masters in biotechnology. And also preparing to get into medical college. I'm sincerely trying my best to get it by 2021 but before that I want to get this degree so that it'll be helpful for my future.
