Can I get my documents back which I had submitted during the admission?
I have joined 3 years BSc degree course. However, I want to quit this course after the completion of its 1 year. I have submitted 1 year’s complete fee to the college.

Unless you have some contractual obligation with the institute, your employer or the Government or you are the recipient of some scholarship from the Central Government(for example : GATE scholarship) or State Government which incorporates such agreements as to complete the course or return the entire amount drawn so far as scholarship, the institute does not have the right to withhold your certificate.

Little bit confused here. You must submitted photocopies of your original docs, didn't you?
If yes, then why do you need back those?
