Can I get my original certificates and TC from MBA college after completing first year?

Most universities and colleges hold onto original certificates and Transfer Certificate (TC) meant for a full course until the student either completes the course or drops out. Only in rare cases an MBA college would give these original documents or TC after doing just a year.
