Hi Saurabh, unfortunately you will not be able to do so on counselling day of second round. Seat surrendering dates for 1st round has been announced between 17/07 to 22/07 & your 2nd round counselling date is on 24/07/15. For 2nd round seat surrendering, they may announce the date later. After surre
