To be honest, you are getting a benefit of state quota and yes, there are possibilities. But don't be too sure getting branches like CSE and ECE. You may not get that branches though you have a state quota. You may check your eligibility by using Shiksha College Predictor.
You will get a rough estimate of what you can get.
    Good luck.

First of all, congrats on your success. As per your rank and state-quota, definitely, you have a preference for getting a seat in NIT-Durgapur. So, fill the JoSAA form for the 1st round of counselling and then conditions will be clear for you.
    All the best.
