To be honest, you are getting a benefit of state quota and yes, there are possibilities. But don't be too sure getting branches like CSE and ECE. You may not get that branches though you have a state quota. You may check your eligibility by using Shiksha College Predictor.
You will get a rough estimate of what you can get.
