Hi, As you are the permanent resident of Himanchal Pradesh, so you can get benefit of home state quota of Himanchal Pradesh for Hamirpur. It doesn't matter from where you have completed your class 12th. The only thing you need to avail this reservation facility is to bring the domicile certificate o
