9955 rank in open category is a very good score, you can easily get into NIT Hamirpur, but if you want check the probability of getting into NIT Hamirpur, check the Shiksha college predictor.

If 9995 is your general rank then my friend you will definitely get admission in NIT, Hamirpur and if 9955 is your OBC category rank then I am sorry but chances to get NIT, Hamirpur decreases by 50%.
