Can I get NIT - Hamirpur? I have not got my rank but I have scored 75 marks in JEE mains and 91% in class 12th. I am from general category.

I'm sorry to say that you won't be able to get admission here into this college with these much marks. According to your marks, your rank should be around 150000. And the cutoff for general category was at most 20000 general category rank for other state, in any branch. And it was 50000 general category rank for chemical branch home state. So you wont be able to get admission here.
