Can I get NIT Kurukshetra with a 14000 OBC rank under the home state quota in CSE?

Not so sure about seat in computer Science, but you can get a seat in NIT kurukshetra on the basis of home state quota and reservation quota. (You have slight chances though if you fill the preferences properly during the JoSAA counceling) Also for better prediction use siksha college predictor.
