Can I get NIT Srinagar for civil branch? I have scored 58.80 percentile and with CRL 391615 rank and with ST category rank of 9025.
In JEE Advance, I have prep rank of 501. Can I get any IIT for civil branch? How tough are the preparatory exams in IIT?

No as last year the closing rank of civil is 4346 for JK Students and 3077 for OS Students in ST Category. This year also the closing rank of civil is 4816 for JK Students and 2636 for OS Students in ST Category till Round 5. Note : All the above rank are of Gender - Neutral.
