No, you can't get admission there over this score in JEE Mains. You have to score more than 94 percentile in JEE Mains.

Yes, if your JEE score is more than 180, you can get a seat in NIT Surathkal and you can get a seat in civil, mining, metallurgy or chemical engineering. For more details, please visit NIT Surathkal official site and previous year cutoffs.

No, your percentile is not very good. For NIT, Suratkal you need to have at least 90 percentile.
