Can I get NIT with 77 marks in JEE Mains and 90% in 12th ISC board? I belong to OBC Latin Catholic.

No, it is not possible to get NIT at 77 marks but you can take a chance. It may be possible that you get one of the lowest NITs with a few branches but if want core branches, you will not get them. It will better to have a good state engineering college if you want core branches.
