Can I get NIT with a good branch? I belong to OBC category and my JEE Mains percentile is 96.84.

My overall rank is 49000 and OBC NCL rank is 14000 in JEE Mains.

    With a JEE Mains percentile of 96.84 and belonging to the OBC category, you have a good chance of getting admitted to a good NIT with a decent branch. Your rank is likely to be within the range of 30,000 to 35,000, which is competitive but achievable for NIT admissions.
