Can I get PhD offer from any of Universities abroad with full scholarship and Part time job?

I am 48 years old social activist.my academic qualification is - B.COM, M.S.W. & LL.B. Can I get Ph.D. seat in any subject of Social sciences,Humanities & economics in any top university of UK,US ,Canada,Denmark,China with full scholarship & part time job opportunity?

Hi Mr Walmik, Getting scholarship would depend on how you present your application. I suggest you also keep Australia and New Zealand as options as the profile you have mentioned is required in Australia and in Nz you can get a low cost PhD even if you don't get scholarship. Part time jobs - you are
