Can I get placed in NASA or ISRO after B.Tech in aerospace engineering? Will I have to pursue another course for the same?

Hello Prason, Getting placed has a definite meaning. It normally means that the company comes to the Institute, interviews students and offers them a job. But neither NASA nor ISRO comes to any Institute for recruitment. You can seek employment with them if a vacancy exists.
