Can I get placement in BIMHRD for finance if I have 100% attendance?
I have scored 8.2 CGPA in class 10th, class 12th 85.6% and B.Com Honours 64.33%.

It is not about attendance, it's about how much knowledge and expertise you possess in that area. We cannot provide 100% placement guarantee.
