Can I get PR for Canada if I have done B.Tech in ECE and have 2 years of work experience?

You can apply for direct PR, but it would be better, if you apply for study visa. You can choose a one year course, then you can have more chances for getting visa, and then you can apply for PR.

sorry I felt u are asking for master level courses like Masters in computer Science , technology .I think so u r eligible for M.S too but I am not sure as it is a PhD level degree .u can check universities 's websites to get details .
