Dear Preet,
You are welcome to enrol in the Aviation Academy and proceed with the training.
My own preference, though, would have been to finish class 12 with a PCM score of 50% and then consider what the current job market demands.

Yes, the minimum requirement for PPL is just Class 10th. You can join the Aviation academy, and go ahead for the said training.
