Can I get provisional admission in a government college (Indore) for BCA or B.Pharm?

I have scored 60% in HSC (four subjects i.e. English, physics, chemistry and Hindi) and only 8 marks in maths. I am giving the compartment exam of maths and expecting overall 75% in HSC after clearing my compartment exam.
