Yes, you can, but in the last round of the counselling, as at this rank in the initial rounds this can't be possible as your rank is too high. -

It is slightly tough to get admission through counselling.
I will suggest you to take direct admission in management quota.
There will be a written test followed by a personal interview before admission.
Carry all the required documents for taking admission in management quota.
