<p>Well a clear no.&nbsp;<br>You cannot get into the punjab engineering college with 74.1 percentile in JEE mains. The seats can only be availed by students whose rank lie in the range of 10k-15k which accounts for a much higher percentile. If we talk about general category the percentile iseven more high.</p>
