Nirma University does refund BTech fee in case of cancellation or withdrawal of admission as per below policy:

Withdrawal/ Cancellation Timeline	Amount of refund
If cancellation of admission was on or before Jul 2	INR 1,000 processing charge is deducted. The remaining fees will be refunded after Jul 30
Cancellation of admission after Jul 2 but on or before Jul 27	INR 1,000 processing charge is deducted. The remaining fees will be refunded after Jul 31, provided that the vacated seat is filled by the Institution with the next eligible candidate based on the merit list of the respective category
Cancellation of admission after Jul 27	Entire paid fee is deducted. Only refundable security will be refunded after Jul 31
