Can I get scholarship for 2nd year BE if I top in 1st year.

Hello Shalini,
Yes, generally you can. But it actually depends on the colleges only. If there are scholarships offered by the colleges based on your scores in the semester exams, only then you can get it. Otherwise there is no other way.
