Can I get scholarship ? I get 90% in 12 by cbse board and 9.8 cgpa in my 10 by cbse board .

Yes why not ! but you need to join in any graduation [degree] course.
then you will get the scholarship according to course & reservation category belongs to you. YOU CAN APPLY in online.
