Can I get scholarship in 1st year of B.Tech CSE?

I was in 1st year of BSC PEM in 2022-23, I applied for scholarship from Maha DBT portal and it got approved, but now I dropped my B.Sc in 2024 because I am getting a good college allotment in CAP in MHTCET.
