Can I get scholarships from Indian Govt. for P.G. from an non-affiliated good college namely Copenhagen Institute of Interaction Design ?

I have already applied at Copenhagen Institute of Interaction Design which is one of the world's renounced Interaction Design college and is awaiting for their response. Problem is, it is non-affiliated and I would be needing scholarship to finance a part of my study there if feasible.
